Gigabyte T1005P 10.1" convertible tablet introduced

To make firm the position in the netbook segment, Gigabyte has rolled out an interesting product -- the Gigabyte T1005P. Its the 10.1" convertible tablet powered by dual-core Intel Atom processor. The appurtenance sports the 10.1-inch resistive multi-touch LED backlight display (1366x768). One thing we do not understand is because Gigabyte chose the resistive panel, when even the elementary smartphone makes use of the genius display today?

Specification include Intel Atom dual-core processor N550 (1.50GHz), up to 2GB DDR3 memory, max 320GB hard drive, and Intel GMA 3150 graphics.

Other features include 1x USB 3.0 port, 1x USB 2.0, eSATA/USB Combo, 4-in-1 label reader, 1.3MP webcam, 10/100/1 000Mbps Ethernet, 802.11b/g/n Wireless, Bluetooth V2.1 + EDR, 3.5G, and 6-cell battery.

The Gigabyte T1005P comes installed with either Windows 7 Starter or Windows 7 Home Premium operating system.
